In a milestone collaboration that fuses cinematic grandeur with India’s jewellery heritage, Abaran Timeless Jewellery has been announced as the Official Jewellery Partner for the much-anticipated film Kantara: A Legend – Chapter 1.

Abaran, long celebrated for its craftsmanship, tradition, and legacy, finds a natural alignment with the film, which explores the spiritual and cultural ethos of Karavali (Coastal Karnataka). Both the brand and the film are rooted in heritage, storytelling, and timeless artistry, making this partnership more than a commercial tie-up—it is a cultural celebration.

As part of the collaboration, Abaran unveiled a limited-edition Kantara Commemorative Coin, available in both pure gold and silver. Designed as a tribute to folklore, mysticism, and Indian tradition, the coin features the Kantara insignia on one side and Abaran’s emblem on the other. More than just a collectible, the commemorative piece has been positioned as an heirloom that bridges cinema, culture, and craftsmanship.

The official launch of the Kantara X Abaran coins took place at a special press event, attended by the film’s creative team and Abaran leadership. Present at the unveiling were actor-director Rishab Shetty, producer Vijay Kiragandur, actress Rukmini Vasanth, Pragathi Rishab Shetty, along with Abaran’s Managing Director Pratap Madhukar Kamath, and directors Preethi Kamath and Sanyukta Kamath.

With this collaboration, Abaran positions itself not only as a custodian of fine jewellery but also as a storyteller, translating cultural narratives into tangible treasures. The commemorative coin is now available in limited numbers, offering collectors and cinema enthusiasts alike the chance to “own a part of the legend.”
