Kirtilals has launched a Signature Lounge at its Crosscut Road store in Coimbatore, expanding its customer experience offering through a dedicated space focused on personalized jewellery consultations and curated product presentations.

The company said the lounge has been designed to provide customers with an exclusive environment to explore jewellery collections in a more private setting. The initiative forms part of Kirtilals’ ongoing focus on personalized customer engagement.

The lounge also showcases the company’s Single Edition Collection, a range of one-of-a-kind jewellery pieces created for customers seeking distinctive designs. According to Kirtilals, the collection highlights craftsmanship, intricate detailing and contemporary design while maintaining the brand’s established design identity.

In addition, the Signature Edition collection is featured within the lounge experience. The collection comprises a curated selection of diamond jewellery designed around the company’s focus on craftsmanship, design and exclusivity. Kirtilals stated that each piece is intended to reflect individuality while maintaining enduring design appeal.

The company noted that its jewellery manufacturing is supported by its in-house production facility, where traditional craftsmanship is combined with modern technology. Kirtilals said its design team develops collections aimed at meeting evolving consumer preferences.

Responding to growing demand for gemstone jewellery, the showcased collections include gemstones such as Paraiba tourmaline, Morganite, Kunzite, Pink Topaz, Rhodolite, Pink Tourmaline, Tanzanite and Amethyst.
