PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 117.97 crore and PAT of Rs 27.21 crore on July 30, driven by retail expansion, natural diamond demand and post-IPO growth initiatives.
PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited has reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, recording year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability during the first quarter of FY27. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 117.97 crore, up 119.5% from Rs 53.75 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Total income for the quarter reached Rs 123.55 crore.
The company's profitability also improved during the quarter. Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased to Rs 36.40 crore, marking a 269.6% year-on-year rise, while Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 27.21 crore, up 265.3% compared with the same period last year. According to the company, the quarterly performance was supported by increasing demand for natural diamond jewellery, expansion of its retail network, design-led collections, customer engagement initiatives and growth in the premium jewellery segment.
Commenting on the results, Amit Modak of PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited said, "We have begun FY27 on a strong note with healthy revenue growth and significant improvement in profitability. The company also stated that investments towards new store openings and brand-building initiatives continued during the quarter following its IPO. As of June 30, 2026, unutilized IPO proceeds remained invested in fixed deposits and designated monitoring accounts in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Going forward, PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery said it will continue to focus on expanding its retail footprint, strengthening brand visibility across key markets, introducing new diamond collections and pursuing profitable growth within the organized natural diamond jewellery sector.
