According to reports, Frank Dallahan has joined in as the new president and chief executive officer of American Gem Society (AGS) laboratories.%%Dallahan has served as president and CEO of Manufacturing Jewelers & Suppliers of America (MJSA) since 2005, and will begin his position at AGS Labs on July 15, 2007, the diamond grading laboratory stated.
