SA giants join hands with Mintek for medical R & D

Inspiration 2005, an event organized by Jasani Institute of Jewellery Design and Manufacture (JDM) to celebrate 10 years and felicitate its students, was held at The Leela on January 4, 2005. The event was sponsored by Suraj Water Park and Sahara Samay Mumbai.
Top models like Aditi Govitrikar and Sayali Bhagat walked the ramp displaying the collections designed by students from the institute. The themes varied from Playing Cards to Natural Disaster, Crochet, Omen, Board Games , Broom, etc…Each design was based on a well researched theme. The institute has churned out great designers among which Gunjan Suri, Shachee Shah and Amisha Khanna are on DTC panel for emerging trends and themes.
The function was attended by Parents and media who came to patronize the efforts of the students. The show was a platform for young designers to present their talent and seek opportunities in the world.
