Diamond sales in the first quarter of 2013 were 'slightly better' than last year, driven by Chinese New Year and a revival in demand in the United States.
Laurence Graff has launched his first collection of watches - Superstar, or GraffSuperstar; for women. The watch bears 59 carats of diamonds, the case and strap of the watch are crafted in 18K white gold; with 176 diamonds set into the case and 94 diamonds on the bracelet. %% The diamonds used are of the trilliant and trapeze cuts that deliver an angular shape and modern appeal to the watch. A trapeze-cut emerald is set in the dial, and is the only non-diamond used in the watch.
