GJEPC will organise the first Plain Gold Jewellery Virtual Buyer Seller Meet (VBSM) from 21st-24th September 2020, which follows closely on the heels of the successfully held inaugural VBSM for Loose Diamonds during early September.

The Plain Gold Jewellery VBSM will feature 10 Indian sellers and 10 buyers, from the Middle Eastern countries, especially the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain. The Council has received a positive response from several prospective buyers interested in participating in the VBSM. 

The Indian confirmed participants are: Shineshilpi Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., Durga Chain, Unique Chains Pvt. Ltd., , Senco Gold Limited, Chokshi Vachhraj Makanji & Co. (CVM), Hasmukh Parekh Jewellers, Jewel India Pvt. Ltd., AB Jewels Private Limited, RK Jewels.

Adapting to a post-Covid world, the GJEPC has leveraged its years of experience in organising physical buyer-seller meets to redefine the online buying and selling experience for a global platform. The VBSM website will have features such as: Product Search, Live Product Viewing, and Virtual Video Meetings. The GJEPC will also provide a product catalogue with up to 40 product images, three-camera set-up, and interpreters (optional).
