Ekatra Retail Ventures has appointed creative entrepreneur Sussanne Khan to its Board as Design Director on Gudi Padwa 2026, marking a leadership addition for the lab-grown jewellery venture.

The company, co-founded by Pavitra Gandhi, Sunny Sakaria, Vasuki Punj, and Chirayu Yardi, simultaneously introduced its flagship lab-grown diamond collection, Shristi Ratna. The launch marks Khan’s entry into the lab-grown diamond jewellery segment.

Shristi Ratna is a proprietary lab-grown diamond designed with 108 facets. According to the company, the diamond has been developed using geometric design and craftsmanship techniques to enhance light performance, depth, and fire. The stone serves as the central design element for the brand’s debut collection.

Commenting on the development, Pavitra Gandhi said, “Partnering with Sunny Sakaria, Vasuki Punj, and Chirayu Yardi marks the beginning of an incredibly exciting journey for us. Bringing Sussanne Khan on board as Creative Director has been one of our most defining decisions, a reflection of our shared commitment to innovation, bold creativity, and delivering truly disruptive experiences in the world of jewellery.”

The company also announced that Jennifer Winget, Apoorva Mukhija, and Pragya Kapoor will collaborate on future collections. Rahul Dayama has joined as a partner, focusing on brand building and scale.

Ekatra Retail Ventures launched its official website on March 8, 2026, coinciding with International Women’s Day.
