Hari Krishna Exports organized a health and wellness seminar titled “Master Your Health – Learn How to Live a Disease-Free Life in the Modern World” on April 4, 2026, in Mumbai.
The event, held at Mukesh Patel Auditorium, Vile Parle (West), saw participation from over 650 employees and their family members, indicating strong engagement with wellness initiatives.
The session was conducted by naturopath Atul Shah, founder of Ojas Life. He shared insights on holistic lifestyle practices, prevention and reversal of lifestyle diseases, and maintaining balance between mental and physical health.
The seminar was attended by Motilal Oswal, Chairman of Motilal Oswal Group; Madhusudan Agarwal, Co-founder of Ajanta Pharma; and representatives from the Consulate General of Uganda, along with other guests.
The initiative aimed to raise awareness about preventive healthcare and sustainable lifestyle practices. The interactive format enabled participants to gain practical knowledge for daily routines.
