Jewellery brands Jewels by Queenie and Treasures by Tiara have opened a new concept retail space in South Mumbai, bringing together jewellery retail and hospitality under one format. The store is located at New Poonam Apartments, Peddar Road, Mumbai. The space comprises three components — Jewels by Queenie, Treasures by Tiara, and the Treasures Café. According to the founders, the concept moves away from traditional counter-led jewellery retail and has been designed as a “try-on space” where customers can spend time engaging with products.

The interiors, designed by Sarah Shroff, feature curved architectural forms, muted beige and crème tones with sage green accents, bronze detailing, and curated lighting focused on product displays. The store also includes artwork by Jaipur-based artist Nizamuddin. The Treasures Café integrates jewellery displays within the café environment, allowing visitors to view collections while dining. The café serves coffee, matcha, salads, sandwiches, croissants, brownies, and seasonal dishes.

“Jewellery has always been about presence for me. Every piece I create is a style statement - it should command attention and make a woman feel powerful the moment she wears it,” said Queenie Singh, entrepreneur behind Jewels by Queenie and Beauty by Bie. “We wanted to create something beyond a traditional store, a place where jewellery is celebrated, experienced, and discovered.”

The store combines two distinct jewellery categories. Jewels by Queenie focuses on couture and high jewellery, while Treasures by Tiara, founded by Tiara Dhody, works primarily with 92.5 sterling silver jewellery inspired by mythology, literature, and symbolism. “We didn’t want this to feel like a conventional store,” said Tiara Dhody. “The idea was to create a space that feels somewhere between a salon and a café.”
