Mumbai-based Shringar House of Mangalsutra reported strong Q4 FY26 growth, doubled PAT, expanded manufacturing capacity, and entered the bridal jewellery segment through partnerships with Tanishq and Malabar Gold & Diamonds.
Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited (SHOML) reported its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with revenue and profitability rising sharply during Q4 FY26.
The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 725.6 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs. 351.4 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, reflecting a 106.5% year-on-year increase. Gross profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 64.5 crore, up 122.9% year-on-year, while EBITDA rose 93.7% to Rs. 44.7 crore.
Profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter reached Rs. 34 crore, compared with Rs. 15.2 crore in Q4 FY25, marking a 123.5% increase. The company attributed the growth primarily to favourable gold price movements and improved margins. For FY26, SHOML reported revenue from operations of Rs. 2,245.8 crore, compared with Rs. 1,426.8 crore in FY25. Full-year PAT rose to Rs. 115.5 crore from Rs. 61.1 crore in the previous financial year.
During the quarter, the company commissioned and operationalised a new manufacturing facility in Kandivali, Mumbai. The expansion increased annual production capacity from 2,500 kg to 4,000 kg. SHOML also announced its entry into the bridal jewellery segment as part of its product diversification strategy. The company stated that sales in the category have commenced through retail partners including Titan Company’s Tanishq and Malabar Gold & Diamonds.
Commenting on the performance, Chairman & Managing Director Chetan N Thadeshwar said the company’s results were driven by “robust volume growth, favorable gold price movements, and disciplined margin management across all levels.” He added that FY26 marked a significant year for the company with the completion of its listing, expansion of manufacturing operations, and establishment of a new branch office in Pune to strengthen presence across the Marathwada and Vidarbha regions.
Shringar House of Mangalsutra specialises in the design, production, and distribution of mangalsutras and operates across 24 states and four union territories. As of FY26, the company served 35 corporate clients, 1,061 wholesalers, and 237 retailers. Its portfolio includes over 15 collections and more than 10,000 active SKUs.
