GIVA, a Bengaluru-based fine jewellery brand, has raised over USD 100 million in a funding round led by Multiples Alternate Asset Management, with participation from existing investors Epiq Capital and Edelweiss Discovery Fund.

The company said the investment marks the largest funding round in an Indian new-age jewellery brand. The transaction also includes GIVA's seventh Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) buyback, providing employees an opportunity to participate in the value created by the business. Avendus Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to GIVA and its shareholders.

Founded in 2019 as a digital-first silver jewellery brand, GIVA has expanded its portfolio to include gold and laboratory-grown diamonds. The company currently operates more than 400 stores across India and Sri Lanka, alongside its direct-to-consumer platform and presence on e-commerce and quick-commerce marketplaces.

GIVA reported a compound annual growth rate of over 70% during the last three years, closing FY26 with revenue of approximately Rupees 865 crore.

Ishendra Agarwal, Founder and CEO, GIVA, said the company would use the next phase of growth to strengthen its position across jewellery categories, building on its digital-first origins and expanding omnichannel presence.

The fresh capital will be directed towards scaling manufacturing capabilities, accelerating retail expansion and strengthening the company's leadership team. GIVA plans to expand its retail network to more than 1,000 stores across India over the next five years.

Sridhar Sankararaman, Managing Director, Multiples Alternate Asset Management, cited GIVA's retail expansion, category diversification and customer base as factors supporting the investment. Existing investor Epiq Capital also reiterated its confidence in the company's growth, citing its expansion beyond silver into gold and laboratory-grown diamond jewellery.
