Jewellers on a country-wide strike

Day 1 of country-wide strike of jewellers is going on peacefully.

The ‘Kisna Bhagwat Gyan Mahotsav” - a CSR event organised by the Hari Krishna Group from Dec 25th 2013 to 1st Jan 2014 at its Surat Factory premises, concluded on a high note. %% The event involved a spiritual discourse on Shrimad Bhagwat by Shri. Ramesh Oza- a renowned scholar of the subject. The 7 day event witnessed a humongous attendance with more than 22,000 people on a daily basis and around 1,50,000 people in total. %% It was an electrifying atmosphere as the event was attended by people from all walks of life, right from the sweeper to the trader; to a business owner. It was like viewing different facets of the same diamond, together.%% The Live telecast of the event was aired on Zee Jagran & GTPL channel as well as on their dedicated website http://kisnakatha.com/en/ %% Ghanshyam Dholakia the Managing director of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. said “We are pleased with the overwhelming response received and we hope to continue this CSR event in the coming years too.”
